The Pearle Engagement
If you’re debating a hotel wedding venue - The Pearle in Burlington is definitely a top location. From the waterfront to the design of the hotel space itself, this spot is truly a beautiful one. Yes, it does require a permit to shoot, BUT if you are getting married there, they do allow you to take engagement photos there as well. We had the pleasure of capturing Kathleen & Nick for their engagement shoot and it gave us the perfect excuse to check out the venue before their wedding in 2025.
We started outside and yes, it was cold but even though it was November, the waterfront is a spot you don’t want to miss. Being so close to Spencer Park is also super helpful if you’re looking for more variety in your engagement shots as well.
Inside the hotel is where the magic happens - As soon as you walk in, the lobby itself it beautiful and right behind is a GORGEOUS staircase that must be used for photos because who doesn’t love good stair photos.
They also have the cutest restaurant and bar area so you really do get all the vibes in one spot. This was my personal favourite since I’m a sucker for a good bar photoshoot. The hotel was super accommodating with letting us shoot there so long as we didn’t bother anyone which made for a great overall experience.
